90-100 minutes = $150.00, plus tax - required for first session

Subsequent sessions = $95.00, plus tax - 

Packages available after first session of acupuncture:

5 sessions = $450.00, plus MN Care tax. 

10 sessions = $870.00, plus MN Care tax.

Relaxation Massage:

30 minutes = $50.00, plus sales tax

45 minutes = $70.00, plus sales tax

60 minutes = $95.00, plus sales tax*

90 minutes  = $140.00, plus sales tax

5 sessions = $440.00, plus sales tax

10 sessions = $875.00, plus sales tax

30 minutes = 1/$45.00, or 10/$400.00, plus MN Care tax.

Transformational Coaching:

50 minute session/$95.00, plus sales tax

6/50 minute weekly sessions/$550.00, plus sales tax

Chair Massage for your business:

Requirements; 3 hour minimum (max 5.5 hours with a paid 1/2 hour break), paid parking pass.

$95.00/hour plus sales tax (or proof of exemption) (Minneapolis/Hennepin County sales taxes used). 

Manager/authority person must contact me at 612-728-0844 (text ok). Details will be arranged, at that time. An invoice will be provided to the manager prior to the dates of massage and details must be confirmed, as this will be our contractual commitment. Your email is required to provide a written contract. 

Payment is expected within 10-30 days. Payable to Rapha-El Alternative Therapies, LLC.
